Delicate casserole with a pleasant coffee and chocolate flavor and vanilla topping. A sour cream filling is being prepared, it will suit any curd casserole, not just coffee.
It is necessary
- - 300 g of cottage cheese;
- - 200 g sour cream;
- - 100 g of sugar;
- - 10 g butter;
- - 2 eggs;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of semolina;
- - 1 teaspoon of cocoa powder, instant coffee;
- - corn starch, salt, vanilla sugar.
Instructions
Step 1
Mash the curd with a fork or simply rub through a fine sieve. Add to it 50 g of regular sugar and a pinch of vanilla, eggs, salt, mix. Add coffee, cocoa, semolina, stir again. Pre-grind the coffee if it had a coarse structure.
Step 2
Put the curd mass in a baking dish, smeared with plenty of butter. Bake in the oven at 170 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
Step 3
While you can prepare the sour cream filling for the coffee casserole. To do this, mix sour cream with an egg, 50 g of sugar, a pinch of vanilla sugar and 0.5 tablespoon of cornstarch. You will get a homogeneous aromatic mixture.
Step 4
Remove the casserole from the oven, fill it with sour cream filling, put it in the oven for another 10 minutes so that the filling "grabs".
Step 5
Coffee casserole is especially tasty when chilled, and it is convenient to cut it into portioned pieces when it is cold. You can decorate it at your discretion - with fresh berries, chocolate or coconut flakes, powdered sugar or cocoa powder.
