Mushroom casserole with sour cream is somewhat reminiscent of julienne, especially since the dish is also prepared in cocotte makers. And the ingredients are similar. The difference is that this casserole has no chicken fillet. It turns out, however, very tasty, and the dish is prepared in a short time.
It is necessary
- - fresh mushrooms 400 g
- - sour cream 40 g
- - onion 1 pc.
- - hard cheese 100 g
- - flour 10 g
- - yolks 2 pcs.

- - salt and pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Wash fresh mushrooms, add salted water, let stand for 5 minutes and chop finely.
Step 2
Mix the sour cream thoroughly with the yolks until smooth.
Step 3
Grease a frying pan with butter and heat well. Then put the mushrooms, chopped onion, prepared sour cream, add salt, pepper and chopped herbs. The flour can be passed through a sieve (but not necessary) and sprinkled with the rest of the ingredients in the pan. Fry everything for 5 minutes.
Step 4
The resulting mixture must be cooled to room temperature, and then put into cocotte makers for julienne and baked for 10 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees.
Step 5
When the mushroom casserole is ready, sprinkle it with grated cheese and keep it in the oven for about 5 minutes. The dish is decorated with a sprig of parsley and served hot in cocotte makers.
