- Ingredients for 4 persons:
- - 4 slices of bread;
- - 4 lettuce leaves;
- - 1 kg of boiled shrimp;
- - 2 hard-boiled eggs;
- - mayonnaise;
- - lemon;
- - pepper and salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Making sandwiches is very simple and takes a minimum of time. Boiled shrimp must be peeled, put in a bowl, sprinkled with juice of half a lemon, salt and pepper. Then cover the bowl and shake the shrimp well.
Step 2
The bread must be fried until golden brown (in the oven or in a toaster), allowed to cool slightly and greased with mayonnaise.
Step 3
On each slice of bread, put a leaf of lettuce, shrimp and eggs cut into circles.
Step 4
This dish is ideal for any time of the day: it energizes in the morning and turns into an excellent snack for a glass of white wine in the evening.
