  • - 350 g of red fish fillet;
  • - 250 g of cheese;
  • - 250 g pitted olives;
  • - 300 g of Chinese cabbage;
  • - 250 g sour cream;
  • - 4 things. chicken eggs;
  • - greens for decoration.

Step 1

For this salad, you can use any cheese, but it is best to take the hard cheese "Fetaxa", it will perfectly set off the fish fillet. Also for the salad, you can take any red fish, trout or salmon. They combine equally well with other ingredients.

Step 2

To make the salad look beautiful on the table as a complete independent dish, take care of its decoration in advance. Before starting cooking, rinse the herbs well in cold water and let them dry completely. Save some fish fillets for the roses. Cut it into thin slices, twist it with roses and stab from the bottom with a toothpick. You can sprinkle a little red pepper on top for a brighter color. Place them in the refrigerator.

Preheat the pan well, pour in the olive oil. Cut the fish fillet into small pieces and fry until golden brown. Hard-boiled chicken eggs, cool and cut into cubes. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater and divide into two parts. Rinse the cabbage, dry and chop very finely. Pineapples, dry and cut into small pieces.

In a deep bowl, mix together some of the cheese, eggs, fish fillets, olives and cabbage, season with sour cream. Place in a serving bowl, sprinkle with cheese and garnish with fish fillet roses and herbs.
