You will need:

Mix yogurt with sugar until smooth, cut the fruit into small pieces and add to the mass. Crumble or grind the cookies in a blender as small as possible and add to the fruit-yogurt mixture. The more cookies you add, the thicker the mass will be and the better it will hold its shape.

Take prepared bowls or glasses, line them with cling film and lay out the mixture, then quickly turn over and remove the film. Shape as needed. Decorate the top of the resulting cakes with cookie crumbs, if desired, add nuts or leftover pieces of fruit.

Quick Ice Cream Cake

You will need:

- strawberries - 300 g;

- icing sugar - 55 g;

- cream - 300 ml;

- strawberry yogurt - 300 ml;

- marshmallows or marshmallows - 30 g.
