The original name of the salad speaks for itself. Households will definitely like such a salad in winter.
It is necessary
- 500 grams of zucchini,
- 300 grams of tomatoes,
- 200 grams of onions,
- 200 grams of carrots,
- 150 grams of sweet bell peppers (you can also red and yellow),
- 75 ml of vegetable oil,
- 4 sprigs of parsley
- three cloves of garlic
- 50 grams of tomato paste
- 30 grams of sugar
- half a tablespoon of salt
- a tablespoon of vinegar
- one third of a teaspoon of ground black pepper.
Instructions
Step 1
We take a saucepan with a thick bottom, in it we will fry products for salad.
Pour vegetable oil into a saucepan.
Peel the onions and cut them into half rings. Put onion in hot oil and sauté for 7 minutes. When sautéing, add peeled and chopped garlic cloves to the onion.
Step 2
We wash and peel the carrots, three on a regular grater. We shift the grated carrots to the onions.
We wash the bell peppers and remove the seeds, cut into thin strips.
Step 3
For the salad, I used small tomatoes, which I cut into four pieces. If you are using medium-sized tomatoes, cut them into random cubes.
Put vegetables in a saucepan with onions and carrots. Fry for another ten minutes with occasional stirring.
Step 4
Salt the vegetables, add sugar, tomato paste and ground pepper. Mix well.
We continue to cook for another 15 minutes.
Step 5
We have a quarter of an hour, so let's not waste time.
Wash the zucchini, dry and cut into medium cubes. Put the zucchini in a saucepan. Cooking for 15 minutes. In the process of cooking, we make sure that the zucchini cubes do not boil over and turn into porridge.
Step 6
Wash and chop parsley, add to vegetables. Mix and add vinegar. After a couple of minutes, the salad can be removed from the heat.
We lay out the salad in prepared jars.
