Step 1
Add finely chopped butter to wheat flour sifted into a deep bowl. Pound the resulting mixture thoroughly, then add granulated sugar into it. Knead to a homogeneous dough.

Having placed the formed dough on the bottom of a prepared baking dish, make several punctures on it with a fork, then send it to the oven, the temperature of which is 180 degrees, and bake for 15-20 minutes, that is, until the cake is covered with a golden brown crust. As soon as this happens, remove the baked goods from the oven and let them cool completely right in the mold.
