Even children know about the benefits of fish, but its preparation is a very complicated thing. But the recipe suggested below is so simple that even a beginner can cope with this task. Zrazy are very tasty, juicy and ruddy.
Ingredients:
- 500 g fish fillet (white fish)
- 50 g loaf
- Milk
- Egg
- Breadcrumbs
- Salt
- Spices optional
- Green pea
- Onion
Preparation:
- In order to cook zrazy, we need fillets of absolutely any white fish, it can be pike perch, hake, pike, pollock, cod, etc. If it is difficult to find fresh or chilled fillets, then you can also use frozen ones.
- The onions should be peeled, washed and finely chopped. Next, the onion is fried until it becomes transparent.
- Boil water in a small saucepan with a little salt. Then dip the peas into it, you should not defrost it. Peas are boiled for about 3 minutes. So that the peas do not lose their bright green color and do not creep, immediately after cooking they need to be doused with cold water.
- Mix the peas and onions in a blender until smooth. The filling is ready.
- Cooking minced meat. All the crusts are cut off from the pieces of the loaf. Break the pulp into small pieces and fill it with milk.
- After the fillet is completely thawed, it must be dried with a paper towel on both sides. This manipulation will remove excess water. We make minced meat. You can use a meat grinder or food processor.
- Add the soaked loaf to the minced meat. Having previously squeezed out the excess milk. It also contains an egg, a little salt and pepper. We mix. Minced meat is ready.
- Let's start frying. Take a tablespoon and place some minced meat in the palm of your hand. Form a tortilla. Put some filling in the center and cover with a second layer of minced meat. Roll the resulting grain on both sides in breadcrumbs.
- In a highly preheated frying pan, the zrazes are fried for about 4 minutes on both sides. Then we reduce the heat, cover with a lid and wait another 5 minutes. The zrazy are ready.
You can serve zrazy with any side dish.
