In the spring we start planting potatoes on our plots. Already in the second half of summer we can enjoy the taste of young potatoes. You can simply boil it and sprinkle with fresh herbs, you can prepare an original dish. I suggest you make an appetizer for mashed potatoes. Very tasty, can be served with a festive table.
It is necessary
- - 5 tomatoes (500 g),
- - 3 eggplants (600 g),
- - 100 g of hard cheese,
- - 3 boiled eggs (120 g),
- - 200 g smoked sausage,
- - 1 pack of mayonnaise (250 g),
- - greens for decoration,
- - garlic,
- - mushrooms.
Instructions
Step 1
We take the tomatoes, cut off the top, choose the middle, fill it with finely chopped egg and sausage, grated cheese, mayonnaise, add garlic, decorate the top with mushrooms.
Step 2
To do this, boil the mushrooms whole, lightly fry and insert into a tomato, around - parsley, dill.
Step 3
Then we take the eggplant, cut it lengthwise into strips, fry on both sides and grease with mayonnaise, sprinkle with grated cheese, egg, take a piece of sausage and wrap it. To prevent the roll from turning around, you can put on a tomato ring or tie it with a green onion feather.
Step 4
Decorate: take the top of the tomato, cut into strips, insert, and put a piece of egg or cheese in the middle, or any greens for decoration.
