I love jelly very much, and any: with fruit, from syrup, milk, chocolate … This is a delicacy not only for children, but also for adults. Here's my favorite summer berry jelly recipe. You can take absolutely any berries. Everything that is in the garden is suitable for our jelly.
It is necessary
- - berries (cherry, raspberry, currant, gooseberry, strawberry, blackberry) - 800 g,
- - gelatin - 30 g,
- - mint (you can use lemon balm leaves instead of mint),
- - sugar.
Instructions
Step 1
The berries must first be prepared: rinse, peel, dry.
Pour gelatin into a deep container, pour cold boiled water and leave to stand for about an hour.
Step 2
This time, cook strawberry juice. As soon as the water boils, add all the strawberries to it. After it boils again, add sugar to taste (make it a little sweeter than you like). Pour 1.5 l. stewed fruit in a separate saucepan and refrigerate. Add the rest of the berries in equal proportions to the jelly container.
Step 3
Add the swollen gelatin to the cooled compote, put on a small heat, stirring constantly, bring to a boil (but do not boil) and pour into containers with berries. You can add mint leaves. When the jelly has cooled, put it in the refrigerator for 5-6 hours.
