Over the long winter, the body missed the vitamins that vegetables and fruits from the garden give us. I no longer want fatty and rich soups, which were warmed up on winter days. I would like something light, refreshing and tasty, moreover, easy to prepare. Today we are preparing summer okroshka - fast, tasty and healthy!

- a bunch of green dill

- about a liter of finished kvass
- sour cream

Instructions
Step 1
You will need very basic ingredients to prepare this summer meal. The main thing is that all these products are of the highest quality.
So, buy: a couple of fresh cucumbers, one carrot, one bunch of radishes, potatoes, garlic (just greens, not cloves), a bunch of green onions, a bunch of green dill, sugar, about a liter of ready-made kvass, sour cream, eggs.
Step 2
Boil two large potatoes and a carrot.
Before cooking, potatoes should be washed well and boiled in a peel, as in this case more vitamins are stored in them. Twenty minutes after the start of the boil, check the readiness of the potatoes and carrots with a fork.
Cool the potatoes and carrots you boiled, peel and cut into small cubes.
Step 3
Wash two cucumbers well, separate the radishes from the stems and also wash thoroughly. Cut the cucumbers and radishes into small cubes.
Step 4
Rinse green onions and greens of garlic in running water, shake off and chop as fine as possible.
Separate one third from this mass and grind in a bowl with one teaspoon of granulated sugar, a pinch of salt and two tablespoons of sour cream.
Step 5
Combine diced vegetables with chopped and grated herbs, mix well and pour in kvass.
Step 6
Serving ready-made okroshka "Leto" on the table, put some finely chopped green dill and half a hard-boiled egg in each plate. Bon appetit!
