Read the instructions that came with the gelatin pack very carefully. Dilute it in the indicated proportions of hot water. The most important thing is to stir the resulting mixture thoroughly so that it is completely homogeneous and does not contain any lumps.

Heat the compote or juice and boil for 4-5 minutes.

If by this time the gelatin has already cooled down, it should be slightly warmed up. Then gently pour a thin stream into the juice or compote, stirring gently so that our two components are perfectly combined with each other. Then wait for the resulting mixture to cool.
Step 4
Wash thoroughly and carefully cut the selected fruit into cubes, strips, or whatever you like, and place them in equal amounts in bowls, glasses or silicone tins intended for baking.
Step 5
Carefully add the resulting mixture with gelatin to the sliced fruits and refrigerate until they solidify. It should be noted that the freezer is completely unsuitable for these purposes.
