Vitamin salad
This salad is so simple that even a child can make it. The dish is light and nutritious at the same time.
Ingredients
- 1 head of lettuce
- 2 chicken eggs
- 1 cucumber (medium)
- 5 radishes (large)
- bunch of green onions
- 5 sprigs of dill
- 100 g sour cream
- salt to taste
Instructions for making salad
- Rinse vegetables thoroughly in running water. Cut into approximately equal pieces. Send the assorted vegetables to a deep bowl. It will be more convenient to mix them there.
- Chop dill, onion, mix with vegetables.
- Hard boil the eggs. Refrigerate. Clean. Cut lengthwise into 4 pieces. Set aside for a separate dish. They will be useful to us at the very end of the salad preparation.
- Salt vegetables, season with sour cream.
- Put eggs on top.

- Peel the garlic. Crush with a knife and chop finely.
- Combine prepared ingredients. Salt them.

- 500 g radish

- Half hot pepper pod
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 0.5 tsp granulated sugar
- Salt to taste
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- Lemon juice to taste

- Rinse the radishes under running water. Dry with paper towels. Slice.
