Everyone is happy to fly. Warm sun, nature, summer cottages, vacation. The counters are full of vegetables and fruits. Often in the hot season there is no appetite, and here it is just the right time to prepare a simple and tasty salad from your favorite vegetables. And if you add an egg, sausage, chicken fillet to the salad, then you can make a full lunch or dinner from it.
Vegetable salad with olive oil
It will be needed for the salad:
- 3 cucumbers
- 10 pieces. radish
- 200 g cabbage
Sauce:
- 7 tsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp. l. vinegar (white wine)
- 1 bunch fresh dill
- salt, spices
Preparation:
- It is better to take a long radish, but you can also take a round shape. It should be washed well and cut into thin slices. Can be passed through an onion grater.
- Wash the dill. Let the water drain and chop finely, literally into crumbs.
- Chop the cabbage into strips. You can also use a vegetable shredder for convenience.
- Cucumbers are good to take young, small. Cut them, too, into slices like radishes and also thinly.

You will need:

- 5-6 pcs. radish

Preparation:

- Wash all greens and radishes thoroughly. You can cut it arbitrarily at your discretion. You should not skimp on greenery.
- for the salad we do this: mix sour cream with mustard seeds, pass the garlic through a garlic press or grater. Season with salt and pepper. Pepper can be replaced with paprika, who loves this spice.
- Season the salad and stir gently. You can decorate the dish with the same herbs.
Feta cheese salad
Salad composition:
- 1 bunch of radishes
- 30 g pine nuts
- 1 head of red onion
- 70 g feta cheese
- spinach and rucolla
Fill:
- 50 ml olive oil
- 1 tbsp. l. balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- salt and pepper
Preparation:
- Wash the radishes thoroughly. Cut into slices as thin as possible. Put pine nuts in a pan and fry until golden brown.
- Wash spinach and arugula greens. Dry and tear into large pieces with your hands. If the greens are not large, then you can not tear them and leave them intact.
- Peel the onion and cut into small cubes. Cut the cheese into small cubes too.
- Place all ingredients for pouring into a small jar and mix by shaking. Shake until smooth.
