Spring is the time for delicious vitamin salads. Radish is the earliest and most affordable vegetable for everyone; you can make many salads from it.
You will need a knife, cutting board, salad bowl, spoon.
For the first salad.
400 gr. radishes, 100 g lettuce leaves, 200 gr. green onions
2 hard boiled eggs
3/4 cup sour cream
salt and ground black pepper to taste.
Wash the radishes well, cut off the tails and the remnants of the tops, cut into thin slices. Peel and chop the eggs, leaving one quarter to decorate the salad. Finely chop the green onion and rub lightly with salt. Radish, mix eggs with onions, put in a salad bowl, pour over sour cream, garnish with an egg, lettuce and serve.
For the second salad.
300 gr. radishes, 100 g cottage cheese, dill and salt to taste.
Rinse the radishes thoroughly, cut off the remaining leaves and tails, cut into strips. Leave one beautiful, even radish to decorate the salad. Rinse the dill afloat to remove the sand. Finely chop the dill. Lightly salt the cottage cheese, mix thoroughly with dill and radish. Place in a salad bowl and serve. Cut the radish from the side of the tail with a sharp knife, peel back the skin in the form of petals and decorate the salad.
