Honey mustard dressing

One of the simplest dressings, however, the taste of any salad dramatically improves! Just whisk all the ingredients together and voila!

- 2 tbsp. dijon mustard;

- a couple of pinches of salt;

- a couple of pinches of sugar;

- 12 tbsp. vegetable oil;

- 4 tablespoons white wine vinegar (you can take apple cider);

- honey to taste.

Yogurt salad dressing

I especially recommend using it with baked potatoes.

- 10 tbsp. natural yogurt;

- juice of one lemon;

- 1 tbsp. chopped mint;

- 1 tbsp. chopped parsley.

In addition, this yoghurt sauce can be used to make a cheese dressing for steaks.

Ingredients:

- 0.5 servings of yoghurt dressing;

- 40-50 g of blue cheese.

Just rub the cheese finely and mix with yogurt.

The next type of dressing is also prepared on the basis of yogurt.

"Farm" sauce

- 0.5 servings of yogurt sauce;

- 50 ml of kefir;

- 2-3 feathers of green onions.

Chop the onion finely and mix with yogurt and kefir. This sauce is great to pour over a mixture of fresh crispy lettuce leaves!

Gas station "Caesar"

Who hasn't heard of this gas station? But, despite its popularity, for some reason we rarely use it in our everyday menu. Let's fix the situation, because she is so wonderful!

- 10 tbsp. maonnaise (better homemade);

- 4 tablespoons water;

- 2 tbsp. lemon juice;

- 2 grated garlic cloves;

- 2 anchovy fillets (chopped);

- 150 g finely grated Parmesan cheese.

Also whisk all the ingredients together and season with a mixture of lettuce leaves and your favorite vegetables! Also with this sauce, potato salad is certainly good.

It is good to serve "French" dressing with absolutely any vegetable dishes: it perfectly enriches the taste of any product!

- 2 tsp "Dijon" mustard;

- a couple of pinches of salt;

- a couple of pinches of sugar;

- 12 tbsp. vegetable oil;

- 4 tablespoons white wine vinegar.

Add 2 tsp to the above ingredients. dried oregano and 4 grated garlic cloves - and you will have a wonderful sauce for meat and tomatoes from the coast of Italy!
