Wash the pineapple. Peel off the rind with a knife. The knife must be inserted to a depth of 3-5 millimeters. After the skin is cut off, black circles - "eyes" will remain on the pineapple.

Tilt the knife at a 45-degree angle and make spiral cuts in the pineapple along the black circles. In this case, the "eyes" will be incised on both sides. Remove the "eyes" with a knife or spoon. Cut off the top and bottom of the pineapple.

Cut an inedible pineapple core. It has a diameter of 10-15 mm. Cut the pineapple lengthwise into 4 pieces and cut a corner 5-7 mm deep from each piece. After that, you can cut the pineapple in any way - cubes or slices.

You can also peel pineapple in this way. Cut the top and bottom off the fruit. Slice the pineapple lengthwise into quarters. Cut off the inner corner of each part - the core. Peel the skin from each part of the pineapple, along with the "eyes" and a small layer of pulp.
Step 5
When using the following method of peeling pineapple, peel the peel from the fruit in a spiral, remove the "eyes". Cut the pineapple into slices, remove the hard core, and place the slices on a plate.
