It is necessary
- - 400 g beef or veal meat;
- - salt, black peppercorns and bay leaves - to taste.
- For the sauce:
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of flour;
- - 50 g butter;
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of cream;
- - 1/2 lemon juice;
- - 200 g fresh or canned spinach.
Instructions
Step 1
Boil the meat until tender, adding salt, bay leaves and black peppercorns. Cool and cut into portions.
Step 2
Prepare the sauce. Heat the flour in a frying pan, add butter and stir well. Pour the cream, lemon juice, add spinach, mix well and let simmer for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Serve the dish with sauce and herbs. Serve boiled potatoes, tomatoes, cucumbers for a side dish.
