It is necessary
- - 500 grams of salmon fillet;
- - 500 ml. milk;
- - 1 carrot;
- - half a celery root;
- - 1 onion;

- For the sauce:
- -200 ml. fish broth;
- - 100 grams of lingonberry;
- - 50 ml. dry white wine.

Step 1
Wash the fish fillet, cut into pieces and soak in milk for half an hour. Grate carrots on a coarse grater.

Pour half a liter of cold water into a saucepan. Put carrots, whole peeled onions, celery root into it. Put the pot of vegetables on the fire. When the water boils, put peppercorns and bay leaves in it.

Put salmon soaked in milk into boiling water. Season with salt to taste, cook for 5 minutes.

To prepare the sauce, lingonberries need to be boiled in fish broth until the excess liquid evaporates, then add wine to the sauce, bring to a boil and boil for 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
When serving, pour the salmon with lingonberry sauce. Boiled rice can be served as a side dish.
