Place the prepared pieces of fish in a saucepan, cover with boiling water, add herbs and seasonings. The water level should be 5 centimeters higher than the fish. You can add carrots, parsley, peppercorns. When the water boils, remove the foam and cook for another 7 minutes. Then take out all the ingredients.

Cut pre-boiled potatoes and carrots into small cubes. Wash the cucumber in water and, without cutting off the skin, chop it into cubes. Grate the apple on a coarse grater or cut into small strips. Tear the washed lettuce leaves into small pieces.
