In the process of conservation, most of the useful vitamins and minerals remain in pink salmon, and the relative cheapness of this red fish makes it an absolute favorite of many housewives.

Ingredients:

- pink salmon in its own juice - 200 grams;

- fresh cucumber - 1 pc.;

- onion - 1 pc.;

- vinegar 6% - 3 tablespoons;

- hard cheese - 100 grams;

- boiled eggs - 3 pcs.;

- mayonnaise - 50 grams;

- salt to taste.

Peel the onion and cut into thin quarters, top with vinegar and marinate (about 30-40 minutes). Drain the excess liquid from the fish and mash with a fork, after removing the bones. Cut the cucumber into thin strips, finely chop the eggs. Drain the onion vinegar, mix all the prepared ingredients. Add finely grated cheese and season with mayonnaise. For a more savory taste, fry half an onion in butter and add to salad.

"Festive" salad

Ingredients:

- pink salmon in its own juice - 200 grams;

- green apple - 1 pc.;

- smoked sausage cheese - 150 grams;

- onion - 1 pc.;

- boiled potatoes - 4 pcs.;

- boiled carrots - 2 pcs.;

- lemon juice - 1 tsp;

- mayonnaise - 70 grams;

- salt to taste.

Mash the canned pink salmon with a fork, after draining the excess liquid from the jar and removing the seeds. Grate the sausage cheese on a coarse grater. Cut boiled potatoes and carrots into small cubes. Peel the green apple, grate with the peel on a coarse grater.

Apples should be drizzled with lemon juice to prevent browning.

Put the prepared ingredients in a salad bowl in layers:

- 1 layer: pink salmon and mayonnaise;
