We bring to your attention a very delicate and delicious pate made from canned salmon fillets, white onions, curd cheese, soy sauce and juicy greens. This pate is a simple and versatile dish.
It is necessary
- • 1 can of canned pink salmon;
- • 120 g of curd cheese;
- • 2 teaspoons of soy sauce;
- • 1 white onion;
- • olive oil;
- • parsley.
Instructions
Step 1
Peel the white onion, wash and cut into cubes. Pour olive oil into a skillet, place on a low heat and heat. Put the onion cubes in hot oil and fry until transparent, stirring regularly.
Step 2
Open the canned pink salmon, drain the oil from it, and put the fillet in a blender bowl. Add fried onions there. Kill everything until smooth. Then fill the fish mass with soy sauce, then mix again.
Step 3
After mixing, add curd cheese, interrupt everything again and mix until smooth.
Step 4
Spread a rectangular piece of cling film on the work surface. Put the chopped fish on the film, twist it with a sausage and fix it with threads around the edges. Note that if there was no cling film at home, then you can take any plastic container or glass jar.
Step 5
Put the wrapped (in cling film) pate on a plate and send it to the refrigerator until it solidifies. Wash the parsley, dry and chop finely with a knife.
Step 6
When the pate is completely solidified, remove it from the refrigerator, unwind it, put it on a plate and sprinkle it generously with chopped parsley. Serve with your favorite bread, milk loaf or crackers.
