It is necessary

  • - 500 g of veal,
  • - 1 small eggplant,
  • - 1 head of onion,
  • - 1 carrot,
  • - salt.
  • For cranberry sauce:
  • - 250 g cranberries,
  • - 250 ml of water,
  • - 1 onion,
  • - 250 g sugar
  • - 100 ml of vinegar,
  • - 2 cloves of garlic,
  • - 1/3 Art. l. ground cinnamon
  • - 1/3 Art. l. ground black pepper
  • - salt.

Instructions

Step 1

Put the veal in a saucepan, fill it with water, put it on fire. Pour salt into boiling water. After 30 minutes after cooking, lay the peeled vegetables. We cook for about half an hour.

Step 2

After the boiled veal, cut into small slices, vegetables - into slices.

Step 3

To prepare the sauce, finely chop the onion and put it in a small saucepan. Add cranberries, pour in water. Bring the mixture to a boil and cook under a closed lid for 10 minutes, then grind the contents of the saucepan with a blender. Mix the resulting mass with sugar, vinegar, chopped garlic, cinnamon, pepper and salt. Cook the sauce, stirring occasionally, over low heat for 20-25 minutes. Put the veal and vegetables on portioned plates, pour with cranberry sauce.
