It is necessary

  • - 2 pcs. sweet apples;
  • - 2 pcs. medium beets;
  • - 4 things. chicken eggs;
  • - 1 PC. onions;
  • - 100 g of fresh sour cream;
  • - 400 g of beef;
  • - 2 g of red ground pepper;
  • - salt to taste.

Instructions

Step 1

Lean beef is best for this tender pâté, but you can use any other. Rinse the meat well in cold water, remove all excess, all films and streaks, excess fat, if necessary. Cut into small pieces and cook in salted water. Cool the boiled meat well and pass through a meat grinder several times or twist in a blender at maximum speed with a little water.

Step 2

Place the chicken eggs in a saucepan and cover with cold water, bring to a boil and cook for another ten minutes. Cool the finished eggs, peel. Wash the onion, peel, cut into several pieces. Whisk eggs and onion in a small blender bowl.

Step 3

Wash the beets, use the hard side of the dish sponge for better cleaning. Cut off the root tip and leaves and boil in salted water, cool and grate on a fine grater. Wash the apples, peel the peels with a sharp knife, remove the core. Grate the apple pulp on a fine grater and mix with the grated beets.

Step 4

In a wide bowl, combine beets with apples, eggs, onions and meat, salt and pepper. Mix everything thoroughly until smooth. Refrigerate for a couple of hours. Serve spread over croutons or sliced.
