This snack cake has a very juicy and rich taste. Apples complement the taste of meat and bell peppers well. The snack cake is best served chilled - it tastes much better this way.
It is necessary
- For the test:
- - 150 ml of milk;
- - 150 g wheat flour;

- - 50 g of boiled and smoked brisket;
- - 2 bell peppers;
- - 1 onion, 1 apple;
- - 3 cloves of garlic.
Instructions
Step 1
Wrap the bell peppers in foil, bake until soft in the oven. Then peel from seeds, cut into small cubes. Grind the peeled onions and garlic cloves in a blender. Cut the brisket and pork into cubes, mix together. Pre-boil the pork until soft and cool completely. Add chopped peppers to the meat and onion mixture. Peel the apple, rub on a coarse grater, add to the "filling" for a snack cake. Season with pepper and salt to taste.
Step 2
Prepare the dough. Whisk a little chicken eggs with milk, a pinch of ground pepper and salt. Add flour and baking powder. Stir until smooth. Pour 50 ml of vegetable oil into the mass, mix.
Step 3
Add the chopped "filling" to the finished dough, mix thoroughly.
Step 4
Grease a rectangular shape with butter, pour the dough into it, level the surface and place in the oven.
Step 5
Bake the meat, pepper and apple snack muffin at 170 degrees for 45 minutes. Cool the finished cake, after cooling it becomes even softer and more aromatic. Serve as a snack. The baked goods can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
