  • Foam on the cakes:
  • - egg whites - 4 pcs;
  • - sugar - 150 g;
  • - walnuts - 250 g.
  • Cream:
  • - vanilla pudding - 1 sachet;
  • - milk - 1 glass;
  • - sugar - 250 g;
  • - butter - 300 g.

Instructions

Step 1

Combine ingredients such as egg yolks and butter in one cup. The second must first be softened. Mix everything well. Next, add baking powder and flour to the mixture. Knead the dough from this mass. When it's done, cut it into 3 equal pieces. Take a rolling pin and roll each one out.

Step 2

For walnuts, remove the shell and chop them with a knife into large enough pieces. Beat egg whites and combine with granulated sugar. Add chopped nuts to the mixture. Mix everything thoroughly. Put this foam on the rolled out dough layers.
