- - 1, 5 glasses of flour;
- - 1 cup of sugar;
- - 1, 5 glasses of sour cream;
- For the cream:
- - 4 egg yolks;
- - 200 g of sugar;
- - half a glass of flour;
- - 1 tsp vanillin;
- - half a liter of milk.
Instructions
Step 1
Defrost the butter until soft at room temperature. In a separate bowl or mixer, beat the eggs and sugar until they turn white. Continue whisking continuously. Then add sour cream, butter and baking powder.
Step 2
Sift flour and add in small portions to the bulk. Continue whisking until smooth. Divide the prepared dough into three equal parts. Take a detachable round shape, line the diameter of the parchment paper, previously oiled.
Step 3
Pour one part of the dough into a mold, put it in an oven well preheated to 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Then bake 2 more cakes in the same way. Allow finished products to cool completely.
Step 4
While the cakes are baking, prepare the cream. To do this, boil the milk in a bowl, then cool it down a little. Separate the whites from the yolks. In a separate saucepan, grind the yolks well, add sugar, vanillin and flour and mix well again. Then, with constant kneading, pour in the hot milk. Put the saucepan on low heat and cook the cream, stirring continuously until thickened for 10 minutes.
Step 5
Peel the kiwi and cut into thin, even slices. Peel the walnuts, chop with a knife to coarse crumbs. Grease all the cakes with the prepared cream, evenly place the kiwi mugs on top. Place them neatly on top of each other. Sprinkle with chopped nuts on top. For the cake to soak well, refrigerate it for 2 hours.
