All recipes are for 4 servings.
"Fragrant" salad
Ingredients: white cabbage 400 g, roasted peanuts 80 g, wine vinegar 1 tbsp. spoon, vegetable oil 4 tbsp. spoons, mint 4 leaves, a pinch of salt, pitted olives, herbs.
Preparation: chop the cabbage finely, add salt, sprinkle with vinegar and leave for an hour. Then drain off the excess juice. Grind nuts and mint in a blender, combine with cabbage. Season the salad with oil and mix. Sprinkle with chopped olives and herbs on top.
Carrot salad
For cooking you will need: carrots 2-3 pcs., Radish 1 pc., Walnuts 80 g, garlic 1 clove, lemon ¼, salt to taste.
Cut carrots and radish into slices or grate. Chop nuts and garlic. Remove the zest from the lemon using a fine grater and squeeze the juice out of the pulp. We combine the elements of the salad, salt and pour with lemon juice.
Cabbage and pear salad
To prepare the salad, you need to take: green lettuce leaves 200 g, Beijing cabbage 300 g, pear 1 pc., Lemon juice 3 tbsp. spoons, hazelnuts or almonds 50 g. For the sauce: yogurt without additives 1 glass, mustard 2 teaspoons, vegetable oil 3 tbsp. spoons, 1 pinch of sugar, ground paprika ½ teaspoon, salt to taste.
Chop the lettuce and cabbage, peel the pear and remove the core and seeds, sprinkle with lemon juice. For the sauce, beat the yogurt with mustard, paprika, sugar, salt and butter. Finely chop the nuts and fry in a pan without oil
Next, you need to put the pear cut into pieces with cabbage and salad on a dish, pour over the sauce and sprinkle with nuts.
Indian salad
Ingredients: sweet pepper 4 pcs., Long grain rice ½ cup, apple 1 pc., Mayonnaise 4 tbsp. spoons, asparagus 150 g, salt, ground black.
Boil rice and asparagus, cut into pieces, separately in salted water and cool. Pepper must be baked in the oven and removed from the skin and seeds, cut the pulp into strips. Free the apple from the core and pits, and also cut into strips. Combine salad ingredients, pepper, season with mayonnaise and stir. When serving, sprinkle with finely chopped herbs.
Cabbage salad

Chop the cabbage, sprinkle with lemon juice and leave for an hour. Peel the apple from skin and seeds, cut into slices. Next, we combine all the ingredients, salt, season with mayonnaise and decorate with apple slices and grapes.
"Ala sea" salad
Ingredients: cabbage 300 g, canned sea cabbage 100g, sweet pepper 1 pc., Cucumber 1 pc., Green onion 8 feathers, mayonnaise 4 tbsp. spoons, salt to taste, chopped parsley 2 tbsp. spoons.
Shred cabbage and rub with salt. Cut pepper, cucumber and onion into strips. Mix the elements of the salad, season with mayonnaise and sprinkle with herbs.
Brussels salad
You will need: Brussels sprouts 300 g, carrots 1 pc., Canned mushrooms 200 g, mayonnaise 4 tbsp. spoons, vegetable oil 2 tbsp. spoons, chopped greens 2 tbsp. spoons.
Boil the cabbage in salted water, put it in a colo-slag and cool. Cut the champignons into slices and fry in oil. Boil the carrots and cut into pieces. Combine ingredients, season and mix, sprinkle with herbs.
Chanson salad
Ingredients: eggplant 2-3 pcs., Herbs 2 tbsp. spoons, tomatoes 2-3 pcs., sweet pepper 1 pc., salt and black pepper to taste, herbs. For dressing: garlic 2 cloves, vegetable oil 3 tbsp. spoons, lemon juice 1 tbsp. the spoon.
Preparation: bake eggplants in the oven, peel, cut into slices. For dressing, beat juice, salt, black pepper, garlic.
Lay out the tomatoes cut into circles, eggplant on top, pour over the dressing, garnish with slices of pepper and sprigs of herbs.
Pomegranate salad
To prepare this salad, you must have: 2-3 eggplants, 2 sweet peppers, 2 cloves of garlic, ½ cup pomegranate seeds, ½ cup pomegranate juice, salt, herbs.
Chop the garlic, grind with salt and juice. Bake the eggplants, remove the skin, chop the pulp, add the dressing of garlic, juice and salt, chopped pepper and mix. Sprinkle with pomegranate seeds and herbs.
Salad with beets and carrots
You will need: 3-4 carrots, 2 beets, 3 tbsp olive oil. spoons, black pepper and salt to taste, sesame seeds 1 tbsp. spoon, ½ bunch of parsley, a clove of garlic, hard cheese.
We bake the carrots and beets until tender, peel and cool. Cut vegetables into strips. Mix the oil, pepper, salt and chopped garlic, season the salad. Sprinkle with chopped herbs, grated cheese and sesame seeds.
