I present to you a recipe for a very light and at the same time satisfying salad. It is perfect for a romantic dinner. Instead of ham, if you wish, you can take chicken or turkey fillets.
It is necessary
- • ham (chicken or turkey fillet) - 200 g;
- • cherry - 10 pcs;
- • cucumbers - 2-3 pcs;
- • radish - 10 pcs.;
- • large onion;
- • parsley.
- For refueling:
- • vegetable oil - 4 tbsp. spoons;
- • vinegar (6 percent) - a tablespoon;
- • garlic - a couple of cloves;
- • salt and pepper.
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the ham or meat into small strips.
Step 2
Continue by cutting the cherry tomato into quarters.
Step 3
Cut fresh cucumbers into strips.
Step 4
Chop the radish into thin slices.
Step 5
After that, chop the onion finely and dip it in boiling water for 10 minutes so that it loses its bitterness and spiciness. Drain the onion.

Chop the herbs finely.
Step 7
Chop the garlic finely with a knife or squeeze out with a garlic press.
Step 8
Start refueling.
Combine vinegar, oil, and garlic. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 9
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.

Season with dressing, mix well.
