- - 2 eggs;
- - 0.5 cups of sugar;
- - 250 g sour cream;
- - 300 g of cottage cheese.
- Quick cake:
- - 200 ml of condensed milk;
- - 1 glass of starch;
- - 2 eggs;
- - powdered sugar for sprinkling.

Step 1
Chocolate cake
A cupcake baked with the addition of starch will never turn out to be heavy and soggy. To make the taste even more intense, coat the product with natural chocolate - milk, dark or white.

Place the butter in a bowl and melt. Add sugar, vanillin, milk and cocoa powder. Heat the mixture on the stove, stirring continuously, until the sugar is completely dissolved. Remove the bowl from the stove and let the chocolate mixture cool. Beat eggs with salt, mix sifted flour with starch and soda. Combine flour and egg mixture with chocolate, mix thoroughly. Grease a refractory mold with butter and pour the dough into it. Place the dish in an oven preheated to 200 ° C. Bake the product until tender, cool slightly in a mold and place on a board.

Prepare the chocolate frosting. Break the dark chocolate without additives into pieces and place in a saucepan. Add the cream and heat the mixture, stirring constantly, until the icing is smooth. In a deep bowl, combine the condensed milk with the eggs. Pour in starch in portions and stir the mixture until smooth. The consistency of the dough should resemble thick sour cream. Grease a round shape with butter and pour the dough into it. Bake the cake in an oven preheated to 180 ° C. Check readiness with a wooden splinter. If, when sticking into the cake, no traces of dough remain on it, the cake is ready. Remove carefully from the mold and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
