Choose eggs that are not the freshest to make cleaning easier. It is recommended to keep them in the refrigerator for several days after purchase. Eggs that have been stored for a certain time can be cleaned much easier and faster.

Take the required number of eggs and cover them with cool water. In order to prevent the eggs from bursting during heat treatment, you need to take them out of the refrigerator in advance and allow them to warm to room temperature. You can also avoid cracks during cooking by adding a little salt or soda to the water. These substances will keep the shell intact and prevent the contents of the egg from spreading, which will significantly speed up the cleaning process.
Step 3
Boil the eggs to the desired state (for steep, the optimal cooking time is 8-10 minutes). Immediately after boiling, pour cold water over the eggs and let them cool well. After that, you can start cleaning.
Step 4
Tapping the tops of the eggs together, poke two small holes at the top and bottom. These holes should not be very large (no more than 1 cm in diameter). Apply the egg to your lips from a "sharp" base and blow into it. With your free hand, you need to catch the peeled egg, which will jump out of the shell.
