Pomegranate, walnuts, feta cheese, olives - this salad with canned tuna will be a delicious dish for lunch or on a festive table for guests.
It is necessary
- Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 350 grams of white tuna
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 tsp white pepper
- 1/4 cup pomegranate seeds
- 1/4 cup walnuts
- 10 large olives
- 2 packs of feta cheese
Instructions
Step 1
Canned tuna salad, the recipe for which is outlined in this article, requires a careful selection of pomegranate seeds. If you will be doing this yourself, carefully cut the pomegranate with a knife. Dip it in a bowl of water and use your fingers to carefully select the grains. The water will not change the taste of the beans. Drain off the lint and garnet films.
Step 2
Open a can of tuna and drain the liquid. Place the tuna in a bowl. Add lemon juice and mayonnaise. Canned tuna salad should come out without excess liquid.
Step 3
Add walnuts, leaving a few for garnish. The tuna and cheese salad will look very nice if you put nut halves on top.
Step 4
Drain and cut olives into quarters and place in canned tuna salad.
Step 5
Drain the feta packs, cut the cheese into cubes and add to the bowl.
Step 6
Season the canned tuna salad with salt and white pepper.
Step 7
Leave a few pinches of pomegranate seeds for decoration. Add the rest of the grains to the salad.
Step 8
Stir the salad well, but be careful to avoid damaging the pomegranate seeds. Arrange the walnut halves and pomegranate seeds nicely on top.
