My family loves salads, so I try to diversify the menu as original and delicious as possible. Plus, it's the season of salads now. Vegetables will ripen in the gardens, which can be sent to the salad directly from the garden. Delicious and fresh, rich in vitamins. Vegetable salads charge our body with energy, give a feeling of lightness and satiety.
It is necessary
- - 100-150 g feta cheese,
- - 2 tomatoes (300 g),
- - 1 cucumber (120 g),
- - 5 heads of radish (100 g),
- - 3 cloves of garlic (15 g),
- - 4 green lettuce leaves (40 g),
- - 10 basil leaves,
- - 2 tbsp. l. sunflower seeds (20 g),
- - 2 tbsp. l. pomegranate seeds (optional).
- For coca:
- - 2 tbsp. l. olive oil (34 ml),
- - 2 tbsp. l. lemon juice (36 ml),
- - 2 tbsp. l. sugar (50 g),
- - black pepper to taste.

Step 1
Cut tomatoes and cheese into slices, cucumber and radish into slices, finely chop greens and salad.
Step 2
Prepare the sauce by mixing all the products, only then add the basil leaves, crushed garlic, let stand for 20 minutes.
Step 3
Garnish the top of the salad with slices of cheese, pomegranate seeds and seeds fried in a dry pan.
Step 4
If desired, you can add bell peppers or avocado to the salad. And in the sauce - celery and parsley, sour cream. The taste is original and spicy.
