It is necessary
- - 200 g of ham;
- - 10 pieces of cherry tomato (if you take the usual ones, then 2 pieces are enough);
- - 200 g of cucumbers;
- - 10 pieces of radish;
- - onions (can be replaced with leeks);
- - fresh herbs;
- - 4 tablespoons vegetable oil (for sauce);
- - 1 tbsp. 6% vinegar (for the sauce);
- - 2 cloves of garlic (for the sauce);
- - salt to taste (for the sauce);
- - pepper to taste (for the sauce).
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the ham and cucumbers into strips. Cut the tomatoes in half or quarters. Regular tomatoes are best cut into cubes. It is better to cut the radish into thin slices, and the leek into rings. If you took onions, you need to cut them and pour boiling water over them so that they do not taste bitter. Chop the herbs finely.
Step 2
Refueling is quite simple. It is necessary to mix all the ingredients, and the garlic needs to be finely chopped or passed through a garlic press.
