Champignons in soy sauce are the perfect snack to cook outdoors. But if it is not possible to cook mushrooms on skewers or a grill grate, you can also fry them in a frying pan.

It is necessary

  • - 300 g of fresh champignons;
  • - 2 tbsp. spoons of soy sauce;
  • - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of olive oil;
  • - 0.5 tsp honey;
  • - juice from half a lemon;
  • - a couple of sprigs of thyme;
  • - a mixture of peppers.

Instructions

Step 1

Rinse whole fresh mushrooms or wipe gently with a damp cloth.

Step 2

Make “snowflake” cuts on each hat, thanks to this they will marinate better and will look very beautiful.

Step 3

Prepare the mushroom marinade. Mix olive oil with soy sauce, pour in lemon juice, add honey, pepper mixture to taste. Remember the thyme leaves with your fingers, also add to the marinade for flavor.

Step 4

Now put the prepared mushrooms in the marinade, mix them. Refrigerate the mushrooms overnight.

Preheat a frying pan, place the mushrooms, pour in a small amount of the marinade.

Step 6

Fry the mushrooms over high heat for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Step 7

You can serve ready-made mushrooms in soy sauce warm or cold - in any case, they turn out to be delicious, being a universal snack on any table.
