Kol-byurei pie is a dish from Turkish cuisine. The unusual filling gives this dish a mystery. It turns out a delicious and aromatic cake.

Step 1
First, take the onion and chop finely, then fry in vegetable oil until golden brown.

Add chopped spinach to the onion, simmer and stir.

Season with salt and coconut, and simmer a little.

Sift flour, make a hole in the middle of the slide and add salt, eggs, vegetable oil. While kneading, pour in the milk in a thin stream until the dough begins to thicken.

Divide the dough in two. Roll one part into a circle, then roll it into a small layer with a rolling pin, grease it with a little vegetable oil. Spread the filling evenly on top.
Step 6
Roll, place on a greased baking sheet or skillet. Grease the pie with vegetable oil on top.

Bake in a preheated oven to 180 degrees until tender.
