It is necessary

Instructions
Step 1
Cooking the dough. Whisk 50 g of sugar and butter. Add 3 tbsp. To the whipped mass. spoons of milk, coconut flakes, vanilla sugar, sifted flour with baking powder and knead the dough. Roll out a layer, about 1 cm thick. Cut out circles from the dough with a glass. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment, lightly press down on top with a fork.
Step 2
Bake cookies for 15-20 minutes at 200 degrees. The color of the cookie should turn golden.
Step 3
Cooking the layer. Dissolve sugar in warm milk, add softened butter and whisk.
Step 4
Brush half of the cooled cookies with cream, and the other half with jam. Connect the halves and press them lightly. Place the cookies on a serving dish and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
