If each family member prefers his own flavor, then mini-pizzas are especially convenient. It also saves time: you can make more mini-pizzas, freeze half of them - and then you just have to bake them.
It is necessary
- - 350 g wheat bakery flour
- - 7 g dry yeast
- - salt and ground black pepper
- - 1 tbsp. l. olive oil
- - 200 g tomato sauce
- - 2 finely chopped small tomatoes
- - 1 finely chopped onion
- - 200 g thinly sliced mushrooms
- - 150 g grated mozzarella
- - 50 g grated Parmesan
- - 1 tbsp. l. dried oregano
- - a handful of olives
Instructions
Step 1
Sift flour and yeast into a large bowl, season with salt and pepper; gradually add 200 ml of warm water and butter, kneading a firm dough. Knead for 10 minutes. Place in a floured bowl and cover. Leave to rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
Step 2
Knead the dough again. Roll out on a floured table into 4 circles 10-15 cm in diameter. Place on a baking sheet.
Step 3
Preheat oven to 220 ° C. Spread a thick layer of sauce over the bases, sprinkle with tomatoes and onions.
Step 4
Arrange the mushrooms and sprinkle with grated cheese. Add oregano and garnish each pizza with olives. Bake for 12-15 minutes so the base is baked and the cheese is melted and browned.
