It is necessary

- - 2 tablespoons of sugar;
- - 500 ml of milk;
- - 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda;
- - 400 g flour;
- - 2 tablespoons of olive oil;
- - Refined olive oil for roasting;
- - 300 g of champignons;
- - Olives (1 can);
- - 1 onion;
- - 20 g of greens;
- - Green onions;
- -Salt to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Beat the egg with sugar, a pinch of salt, pour in 250 ml of milk and stir.
Step 2
Sift baking soda and flour on top and knead the dough.
Step 3
Dilute it gradually with the remaining milk, pour in the olive oil and whisk lightly.
Step 4
Bake pancakes from the dough in refined olive oil.
Step 5
Chop the mushrooms, chop the onion and brown in refined olive oil.
Step 6
Chop the olives and add to the mushrooms along with the herbs. Cook for 7 minutes.
Step 7
Salt a little.
Step 8
Spread the filling over the pancakes, form "knots" ("bags"), tie with green onions.
