  • - carrots 1 pc.;
  • - sweet pepper 1 pc.;
  • - butter 1 tbsp. the spoon;

  • - green onions 0.5 bunch;
  • - 1 slice garlic;
  • - olive oil 2 tbsp. spoons;
  • - ground black pepper;
  • - salt to taste.

Instructions

Step 1

Peel the carrots, dry and grate on a coarse grater. Wash the sweet pepper, remove the core, cut into strips. Heat olive oil in a skillet. Simmer carrots and peppers for 20 minutes over medium heat.

Step 2

Cut off a thin layer of peel from the lemon, cut the pulp into slices, squeeze the juice. Wash the green onion, chop finely. Wash the cod fillets, pat dry with a paper towel. Then season with salt and pepper to taste on both sides. Place each fillet on a separate sheet of parchment.

Step 3

Sprinkle the cod fillet with lemon zest, green onions, stewed carrots and peppers. Pour the lemon juice over the fish. Wrap the edges of the parchment in envelopes so that juice does not flow out. Put the envelopes on a baking sheet, bake for 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees.

Step 4

Melt the butter in a frying pan, fry the peeled garlic in it, then remove the garlic, add the spinach and simmer for about 3 minutes. Place flavored spinach on plates. Take out the finished envelopes, cut, carefully pull out the fish. Put the cod fillet on the spinach, top with oil from the frying pan where the spinach and garlic were fried.
