It is necessary
- For four servings:
- - 2 cups wheat flour;
- - 1 glass of sour cream, sugar, fresh cranberries;
- - half a glass of butter;
- - 2 eggs;
- - baking powder, soda, vanilla extract, ground nutmeg, salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Lubricate muffin molds with butter or line them with paper molds.

Whisk the softened butter and sugar in a bowl. Add lightly beaten raw eggs, sour cream, vanilla extract. Whisk well.
Step 3
Separately mix flour with 1 teaspoon of baking powder, 0.5 teaspoon of baking soda, a pinch of salt and nutmeg.

Now mix the two mixtures together. Sort out the cranberries, rinse, add to the mass, mix.

Fill the prepared molds 2/3 full with dough, sprinkle with nutmeg on top.

Bake for 20-25 minutes at the indicated temperature. Use a toothpick to check if muffins are cooked, as cooking times may vary from one oven to another. Transfer the finished muffins with cranberries and nutmeg to a dish; you can serve both warm and cold.
