Let's try to grill not only meat or vegetables, but also a light summer dessert! Sweet peach, honey, piquancy of ginger and a cloud of cheese and cream on top - a worthy end to your Sunday summer meal!
It is necessary
- For 2 servings:
- - 50 g of whipped cream;
- - 0.25 tsp ground ginger;
- - 0.75 tbsp + a little more for decorating liquid honey;
- - a pinch of nutmeg + a little more for decoration;
- - 250 g of peaches;
- - 50 g of Neufchatel cheese
Instructions
Step 1
Combine liquid honey and Neufchatel cheese in the bowl of a food processor. Beat thoroughly until a homogeneous creamy consistency is formed. Add spices and beat for about a minute more so that all the ingredients mix well together.
Step 2
Whip the cream separately (you can use ready-made whipped). Using a spatula, gently mix them with the rest of the ingredients. Put the mixture in the refrigerator and move on to preparing the fruit.
Step 3
Cover the grill with foil. We heat it up and put the peaches, pre-cut into two parts, on top (the pit, of course, must be removed). Cook for about 5 minutes, until the fruit is soft.
Step 4
Transfer the finished peaches to serving plates and fill each half with cream. Sprinkle lightly with honey on top and, if desired, add a little more nutmeg. Dessert is ready, you can serve!
