Olives have long been used in many countries around the world. With them, you can prepare many varied and healthy dishes. One of them is salad with olives.
If you use different ingredients and do the usual experiment with flavor combinations, you can make many original salads. For refueling, you can take any oil. A good option would be if you add dry white wine. You can put different greens (dill, mint, parsley, basil) in a salad with olives. A delicious salad can be served on any occasion, as well as prepared every day, as it has great value and benefits.
Squid salad with olives
You will need: 3 carcasses of small squid, 2-3 sweet peppers (red and yellow), 1 onion, 10 large olives, 2 cloves of garlic 1 tbsp. a spoonful of soy sauce, juice of half a lime, herbs, salt, black pepper to taste, 3 tbsp. tablespoons of olive oil.
Rinse the peppers, remove the seeds, then cut it thinly into strips. Chop the onions into thin rings. Carefully remove the seeds from the olives, cut the pulp into wedges. Peel the garlic and finely grind. In a bowl, stir in soy sauce, black pepper, lime juice, and olive oil. Pour the prepared dressing over the vegetables.
Thoroughly peel the squid, rinse and cut into thin rings. Preheat a skillet, add oil, add prepared squid and fry over medium heat for 1 minute. Then remove very quickly from heat, pour over the rings with soy sauce. Cover the skillet with a lid and let it brew for about 5 minutes. Mix the cooled squids in a bowl with vegetables, sprinkle with chopped herbs on top. Then send the dish to the refrigerator and place it on the table after 30 minutes.
Chicken salad with mushrooms and olives
You will need: 2 chicken fillets, 3 potatoes, 3 fresh cucumbers, 2 fresh tomatoes, 150 g of fresh mushrooms, 50 g of olives, mayonnaise, salt and pepper to taste, vegetable oil, parsley.
Rinse the chicken fillet and boil in water with the addition of salt. Then cool and disassemble into fibers. Wash the potatoes and cook in a peel. Then refrigerate, peel and cut into small cubes. Wash cucumbers and tomatoes and also chop into cubes. Cut the champignons into wedges and fry for 5 minutes in vegetable oil. Cut the olives into wedges. Sprinkle vegetables, mushrooms, olives and chicken with salt and pepper and stir. Put the prepared salad in a dish, garnish with parsley sprigs and serve.
Classic salad with olives and Chinese cabbage
This dish is very light and goes well for breakfast or dinner.
You will need: 1 forks of Chinese cabbage, half a can of olives, 7 cherry tomatoes, 1 bell pepper, salt and black pepper to taste, 3 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil.
Carefully cut the tomatoes and olives into slices in half. Chop the bell peppers and Chinese cabbage into small strips. Put all the ingredients in a deep salad bowl, mix. Then season with salt, pepper and oil to taste.
Salad with olives and anchovies "Original"
This interesting composition makes the salad fresh and rich in flavor, and the recipe is very simple.
You will need: half a can of pickled olives, 2 small bell peppers, 1 small onion; 2 tomatoes, 2 eggs, 5 pcs. anchovies in oil, 3 potatoes, 1 head of lettuce, 1 clove of garlic, 1 teaspoon each of mustard, sugar, 1 tbsp. a spoonful of wine vinegar, 1/3 cup of olive oil, salt, ground pepper to taste, parsley for decoration.
Wash the potatoes, boil in a peel. Then refrigerate, peel and cut into cubes. Cut onions into half rings, lettuce and bell pepper into small strips. Wash the tomatoes and cut into small pieces. Remove the olives from the jar and cut into rings. Boil eggs, cut into several slices. Squeeze the anchovies from the oil and cut into several pieces. For dressing, take a bowl and stir in the oil, black pepper, salt, mustard, sugar and wine vinegar. Stir the salad well and top with the prepared sauce. Decorate the dish with parsley sprigs and egg wedges.
Homemade salad with feta cheese and olives
You will need: 250 g feta cheese, 2 bell peppers, 2 tomatoes, 2 cucumbers, 1 onion, 1 clove of garlic, 2 tbsp. tablespoons of olive oil, half a can of olives, lettuce, basil, salt, a little vinegar.
Wash the vegetables, cut the tomatoes and cucumbers into small wedges. Chop the onions and bell peppers into rings. Tear the lettuce leaves with your hands, finely grind the garlic. Put all the ingredients in a salad bowl and mix. For dressing, stir in olive oil and vinegar in a bowl. Pour the sauce over the salad, spread the basil leaves on top. Cut the cheese into 1, 5x1, 5 cm cubes and place on top of the dish.
Simple salad with ham, corn and olives
You will need: 1 can of canned corn, 250 g of ham, 250 g of mushrooms, olives, 3 eggs, 2 tbsp. tablespoons of mayonnaise, lettuce, salt to taste, herbs.
Cut the ham into strips, boil the eggs and chop finely. Cut the mushrooms and stew in vegetable oil, cool. Cut the olives into slices. Put ham, eggs, corn and all other ingredients in a salad bowl. Stir, put the salad in a slide on lettuce leaves, make a net of mayonnaise on top and sprinkle with finely chopped herbs.
