This is a delicious salad. It is low in calories. True, for those who are on a diet, I do not recommend it, since it is still dressed with mayonnaise. You can use lemon juice instead of mayonnaise. It will be delicious too.
It is necessary
- - 3 eggs,
- - 100 g of Korean carrots,
- - 1 can of canned beans (red),
- - green onions,
- - 1 bag of croutons,
- - low-calorie mayonnaise.
Instructions
Step 1
Beat eggs a little with salt, you can add 2 tbsp. l. milk, pour into a hot skillet and cook an omelet. Turn gently to avoid tearing. Then refrigerate.
Step 2
Cut the cooled omelette into small cubes, like croutons. In a salad bowl, combine beans, Korean carrots, omelet, croutons and chopped green onions. Season everything with light mayonnaise.
Step 3
Korean-style carrots originated from the traditional Korean dish kichi and became the invention of kere-saram (Soviet Koreans), who instead of Peking cabbage necessary for kichi, began to use carrots. As a result, carrots supplanted cabbage, and the dish became known as "Korean carrots." Today, this spiced carrot is very popular in our country and is often included in various spicy salads and appetizers.
