  • - 100 g of potato starch;

  • - 350 g of fresh raspberries.

Step 1

You can use any wild berries to make this cake, but raspberries or wild strawberries are best. You can also use a mixture of different berries to create a mixed berry. Sort raspberries for the pie, remove excess leaves and twigs, if any.

Soften the butter a little and stir in a cup of vanilla sugar. Beat one egg, add flour and baking powder to it. If there is no baking powder, you can take some baking soda, only it must first be extinguished with vinegar or citric acid. Mix butter and dough.

For the remaining eggs, separate the whites from the yolks. Mix the yolks with sugar, rub well, you can use a fork. Add starch and cottage cheese to the yolks. Mix everything well. In a blender, beat the egg whites with a little salt. Beat until the whites look like foam. Add whipped egg whites to the curd and stir, almost without crushing.

Step 4

Leave some berries for garnish, whisk the rest together with sugar in a blender. Put the rolled dough in a baking dish, straighten the sides, fill with the filling and bake in a well-preheated oven for one hour. Take out the finished pie, cool, pour with berries, sprinkle with powder and garnish with whole berries.
