If you want to please your loved ones with a delicious pie and at the same time spend very little time on preparing it, you should definitely pay attention to this recipe. The dough is prepared very easily and simply, like the filling, but the cake turns out to be incredibly tasty and aromatic.
Ingredients:
- 300 g wheat flour;
- 230 g granulated sugar;
- a couple of chicken eggs;
- 400 g of cottage cheese (preferably 4% fat);
- 200 g sour cream;
- 2 teaspoons of baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon of vanillin;
- 100 g of cow oil;
- 0.5 kg blueberries.
Preparation:
- First you need to prepare the pie dough. To do this, in a sufficiently deep container, it is necessary to mix baking powder, vanillin, flour and granulated sugar. Then softened cow butter and eggs are added to the resulting mass. Everything is thoroughly mixed by hand or with a mixer using a dough attachment.
- However, the dough will not immediately acquire the familiar texture. At first it will be a tiny mass. But with further mixing, it will become more and more soft and large lumps will form. You should try to put them together, so that you get one lump.
- Then you need to prepare a form that will be used to bake the cake. It must be covered with confectionery paper, and in the absence of it, you can smear the bottom and edges of the form with butter.
- Next, the dough is laid out in the prepared form and gradually, with the help of hands, it is given the appearance of a plate, which must have edges. Make sure you don't have large gusts of dough.
- After the cake pan is ready, you need to prick it with a fork and send it to the oven preheated to 180 degrees. Bake the dough for about 10 minutes, after which it must be removed from the oven.
- While the dough is baking, you need to prepare the filling. This does not require any special skills and knowledge. All you need is to mix vanillin, sour cream, cottage cheese, pre-washed and dried berries, and granulated sugar. After the resulting mass is thoroughly mixed, it can be laid out in a mold with dough.
- Then the cake is placed back in the oven. There it should be baked for half an hour, but the temperature should remain the same. After it is ready, it should be allowed to cool a little, because a warm pie is much tastier than a hot one.
