Very often in a pizzeria we see something like a pizza, but something different. These are open pies, they are slightly different from pizza, namely the dough. The open pies are very tasty and satisfying, and it is very easy to prepare.
It is necessary
- - 1, 5 Art. flour
- - 250 g of hard cheese
- - 200 ml heavy cream
- - 150 g butter
- - 4 eggs
- - dill
- - parsley
- - 2 large potatoes
- - salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Step 1
Set the oven to preheat 180 degrees. Take butter and grind it together with flour, add 350 ml of very cold water and knead a hard, elastic dough. Place the dough in a plate, cover with a plastic bag and refrigerate for 5 minutes.
Step 2
Grease a baking dish with butter. Remove the dough from the refrigerator and distribute it along the bottom of the mold, making small sides on the sides. Heat the distributed dough in several places with a toothpick or fork. Place the dough pan in the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes.
Step 3
While the dough is baking, rinse the herbs and potatoes. Now finely chop the greens, and set the potatoes to cook in their skins. After boiling the potatoes, peel them and cut them into medium sized cubes. Grate the cheese on a medium grater.
Step 4
Beat eggs and cream with a mixer. They should rise well. Add greens and cheese to the beaten eggs and cream, season with salt and pepper, beat a little again or just stir.
Step 5
Put the potatoes in a mold with a little baked dough, and then fill it with a mixture of eggs, cream, cheese and herbs. Place in a hot oven and bake the open cheese pie for 30-35 minutes. The cake should have a nice golden crisp crust.
Step 6
Cut the finished cheese pie into pieces, sprinkle with herbs and serve.
