Cheesecake with pepper and bacon turns out not only delicious, but also very beautiful. The dish is prepared simply. The indicated amount of ingredients is enough for 8 servings.

- - flour - 200 g;
- - butter - 150 g;
- - vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. l.;
- - breadcrumbs - 3 tbsp. l.;
- - salt - 1 tsp;
- - hard cheese - 250 g;
- - bacon - 150 g;
- - sweet pepper - 1 pc.;
- - eggs - 4 pcs.;
- - sour cream 15% - 125 g;
- - parsley greens - 30 g;
- - ground black pepper - a pinch.
Instructions
Step 1
Dough preparation. Grind flour with softened butter until crumbs are obtained. Pour in 3 tbsp. l. water and salt and knead the dough. Cover the finished dough with cling film and refrigerate for 30 minutes. The dough is ready.
Step 2
Cooking the filling. Cut bacon, cheese and pepper into small cubes (the same size). Remove coarse stems from greens, chop finely.
Step 3
Beat eggs with sour cream, add salt, pepper, chopped herbs. Combine the egg mixture with bacon, cheese and pepper. The filling is ready.
Step 4
Roll out the dough to a thickness of about 0.5 cm. Place in a baking dish, oiled with vegetable oil. Form the bumpers. Place the filling on the dough. Sprinkle breadcrumbs over the cake. Bake the pie at 220 degrees for 40 minutes until golden brown. The cake is ready! Bon Appetit!
