Very tasty dishes are obtained from fish. They are especially relevant now, as the oil week is underway. I bring to your attention such an unusual, but very tasty recipe - fish in filo dough.
It is necessary
- - filo dough - 12 sheets;
- - salmon fillet - 500 g;
- - butter - 120 g;
- - fennel - one small head;
- - garlic - 1 clove;
- - parsley - 1 bunch;
- - zest of half a lemon;
- - sea salt;
- - ground black pepper;
- - ghee.
Instructions
Step 1
First, we deal with fennel. It needs to be peeled and washed thoroughly, and then cut into thin slices. Put a tablespoon of ghee in a frying pan and fry the fennel on it over medium heat, stirring constantly. This should be done until it becomes soft, that is, approximately 7-10 minutes. Then remove it from the pan and cool.
Step 2
Now we proceed to the salmon. It needs to be cut into 12 portions, that is, into 12 pieces, then pepper and sprinkle with lemon zest, which, as a rule, should be pre-chopped. Sprinkle a baking dish and put parchment greased with melted butter on it.
Step 3
For butter, soften it at room temperature. Then finely chop the parsley and garlic and add to the butter. Salt all this, pepper and mix thoroughly.
Step 4
Then we take 5 tablespoons of ghee and melt it. We will grease the filo dough with it. To do this, take a culinary brush and get down to business. As soon as you smear the first sheet, then immediately put the second on it and also lubricate. We do this with two more sheets of dough. Just remember that you do not need to touch the topmost one. As a result, you will get, so to speak, a puff that needs to be cut into 4 rectangles.
Step 5
On the resulting rectangles, put a teaspoon of butter mixed with parsley and garlic. Then we spread the fennel and only after that a piece of salmon. We wrap all this and send it to the baking dish with the seam down, well, and the top must be greased with ghee. Do all this with the rest of the fish pieces.
Step 6
We preheat the oven to 180 degrees and send our fish there in the filo dough for 15 minutes, that is, until it is browned. Bon Appetit! Good luck!
