Step 1
Beat the egg yolks lightly with sugar and vanilla until the consistency is uniform. Bring the milk to a boil and pour about half of it into the egg mass while still hot. Mix well. Pour the result into the rest of the hot milk.

Simmer the mixture over low heat until the consistency of liquid yogurt for about a couple of minutes. Then let cool and refrigerate.
Step 3
Use a mixer to whip the cream and mix with the finished mixture from the refrigerator. Pour the future ice cream into a container with a lid and put it in the freezer. Stir the mixture gently every half hour to hour.
Step 4
Arrange the finished cool delicacy in the bowls and decorate with grated chocolate, pieces of fruit, fresh berries.
